Alain Buscarlet ‘Modulation’ series, concrete reliëf sculpture #10

Alain Buscarlet (1951 Torre-Pelice, Italy) studied at the La Cambre academy in Brussels.

He was a student of the painter artist Jo Delahaut.

Quickly it was clear that the young artist Alain Buscarlet had quite some talent and he developed a direction on his own. Slowly but steady he created a unique series of concrete & metal reliëfs combined with neon. The works in the late 1970s and early 1980s are outspoken geometrical, but the ray of light always brings an active informal note to the work.

Especially for Galerie Alain Hens, Alain Buscarlet made a new series of 12 concrete ‘Vibration Lumineuses’ which are again geometrical in origin but have a more outspoken lyrical expression on its concrete surface. Together with the LED light, it forms a surprising dialogue.
