Description

This 1st production version of the CN° II chair by Maarten Van Severen was made in his atelier in Ghent in 1992. A thin slat of aluminum is placed upon an aluminum structure.

These models are relatively rare and made in small numbers by hand.

Another version of this chair has a seat in a thin birch veneer. This particular model has been added to the MoMA collection in New York.
